Welcome to Gratitude through food – GTF
This blog is an outlet for my foodie creations. I love experimenting with healthy, colourful, fresh, nourishing and nutritious recipes. This is a way for me to share them with you lovely people, and also share other fit foodie ideas and inspirations.
I bring to this blog my knowledge of nutrition, a love of good quality food, and desire to share and help others eat well and live well. I lead an active, sporty lifestyle and aim to keep my ideas simple, using natural ingredients and as many super nutrient dense foods as possible so the recipes pack a nutritional punch.
When I am not creating in the kitchen I am likely out Swimming, practicing Yoga, or enjoying exercising in nature in beautiful NZ, having this balance in my life keeps me grounded and focused. Now and again I might share snippets of these other passions as well.
